Computronics and OmniSTAR Improve Customer Service with OASIS

OmniSTAR, world leader in providing GNSS augmentation services, has invited Computronics to use the OmniSTAR Automatic Subscription Invoicing System (OASIS). OASIS is an advanced subscription and invoicing system which will allow Computronics to subscribe new and existing customers with an OmniSTAR license at the click of a button.

Marketing Executive Rosanne Pacecca from OmniSTAR explains “OASIS is easy to use and is great tool that will help Computronics better meet customer requests for superior service. At OmniSTAR, we have been using OASIS for the last year and we are very excited to offer this system to Computronics”.

Computronics have appointed Jenni Kinross to manage the OmniSTAR subscriptions. When Jenni receives customer subscription payments to Computronics for OmniSTAR signal licence she can now send the signal to the customers Farmlap system straight from her desktop.

Jenni from Computronics explains “the OASIS system will improve our ability to provide a high level of support and service to our customers. We no longer have to contact OmniSTAR to activate the signal, as we can do it straight away when the customer requests it”.
